Amusement parks are not as fun as they used to be. I used to love going to Whalom and Canobey (sp?) Lake Park but the inconvience of expenses, lines, commercialism, and heat take away some of the fun. Also six flags is just a giant fucking money sucking entity not an individually owned park

OMG. Whalom Park was the shit!

I remember when that coaster came down, I was relieved, but at the same time disappointed. It was probably the only thing in existance that scared the living shit out of me aside watching "IT" when I was four years old.

Living on base (Fort Devens) and being so close I went there all the time. And every time at Whalom was a great time.

Until I grew up.

Oh well. I guess that's life.
