In this day it seems we miss what and who is important around us... we lose sight of what keeps us bound to each other and to what makes us "above" the animals... to love, forgive, to help those who have fallen... in short we lose sight of love in it's purest form... humanity.
We become... self absorbed...too busy...blind...in one word ~selfish. I know this because I have been there at times. I have been through alot in the last 2 years (a few know all of my dealings) which have, now, led me to see things more clearly than before. Life, even with its difficulties, is truly a gift worth keeping.

I am writing to thank ALL of whom have been in my life...
Those who just stared at me when I was on the ground. For without them I would not have met the ones who came by to pick me up after I fell. Those who have passed in, then through, my life for even in some small way they have made me who I am today. But especially those who have picked me up when I wanted to stay on the ground...those who love and care for me for who I am... they are whom my heart will always reside. And when the time comes that they may be in my place... I will be there to do the same for them.
