I often remind myself (and anyone else who will listen) that if you like where you are, you should be glad of everything--everything--that got you to this point. One changed event, and everything could be different.

I'm happy enough with my life now to believe this, of course. :-)

I never let go

I wish I knew how to let go of the past. It is one of my greatest challenges. I hold onto painful memories, trying to find the why of it all.
