In a discussion about the naming of things, and the idea that there is an ideal chair, somewhere, and each earthly chair is a terrible knockoff of the ideal. There was some discussion on whether changing what you call something changes the way you perceive it, or what it is.

Laura: And like, (gestures) if I sat on the table, would it be a chair?
