you're right that it will take Divine Love. but not to put up with you. it will take Divine Love for you to realize you are loved. by God. by your pastors. by your friends and peers. but, most importantly, by God.

if Lee, Kevin, Jon or Michael say anything like that, they are definitely NOT acting in love.

we are all flawed, broken, beaten, cracking, torn and failing people. even as followers of Christ. He has healed our hearts, but when we continue to control our own lives, He can't heal them.

oh, and rock out with SF for me. :) you're lucky because they've started playing "Shadow Proves the Sunshine" (and are working on incorporating "Daisy"), two of my fave songs that they failed to play both times i saw them last month. so, enjoy them for me. :)

I know. It's just a fear. And some of those have already indicated things that have exacerbated that fear, even though I know they do indeed love me, they just have to make sure that their ministries maintain certain standards, you know?

Oh, and they did play "Shadow Proves the Sunshine" -- 'twas amazing. "Daisy" was not played last night.

It was my first switchfoot concert.

sounds like you enjoyed it. generally people don't label just one song from a concert "amazing." ;)

bummer on "Daisy" but i'm sure it'll come up someday, and they're always more concerts. :)
