I actually slept until about 4 a.m. Between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., I did a lot of tossing and turning, but I didn't get my bum out of bed until 4. This sleep thing is really becoming problematic. Dr. Meds once gave me some sleep meds, but I don't take them often (as in almost never), because, for one thing, although I seem like I am one big pharmacy ( Read more... )

Isn't that the truth! I really can't help but wonder sometimes if death is as bad as life. I was raised as a Mormon, and the Mormons, at least as I was taught, believed that the lowest rank in heaven (or maybe it was the highest rank in hell) was tantamount to living your current life. And this was for eternity. Scares the crap out of me.

You are a good person for doing all that you do for him. You give him all you have mentally, physically and monetary even though at times you have nothing to spare. I'm not sure I could do the same. You will be rewarded for all the good you do someday somehow.

You are very kind. Thank you. I do hope my attempts at good deeds do not go unnoticed. Or that they cancel out a few of my less-than-good deeds. :)

What an adorable icon you have. I'm guessing this is your puppy. What is his/her name?

Thanks! His name is Homer. We have another black pug named Johnny. Right now we are pugsitting a 16 year old pug for hospice and taking her to Kansas City tomorrow. Johnny is having hip surgery and Maggie Moo needed a ride for care for 6 weeks it all worked out. She's a pumpkin!

Hope you can find some seeds for planting. Do you have a hardware store you can walk to close bye? It seems more places carry organic seeds now and more fun ones too. Just a thought. I hardly have any sun in my back yard plus 2 pugs that want to run run so my gardening is sad and minimal. I would love a lot or a farm. Ah well. I do what I can with the time I have and the space. Take care. Trudy
