I got a few more seeds started. Even though it's probably far too late for them, bunching onions and celery were among the new starts. We shall see. More to start, but, first, ...

My very first sprout of the year. And, wouldn't you know, it's one of those poor dear lupines that I sliced and diced and refrigerated.

I've only recently gotten into poached eggs, a friend told me that when the one side is cooked - to add lemon juice to the pan and poach it with that (she also said to eat it over lentils, so good!).
