it's no secret to my friends that i've had some issues with the company where i work for sometime now. i have given the company many opportunities to make the changes they continue to promise. i try to give the place where i work the benefit and hope for the best. silly in this day and age.

Jeez. I didn't realize you'd had issues with the back pay. Remind me to tell you about Paul's experience(s) with that issue. Let's just say it's way too common.

I know you'll find the right job soon and, in retrospect, what you've had to deal with in working with this company will seem even more screwed up. They'll be losing a good person.
