Dinner a five spice pork chop and steamed edamame. The pork ended up a bit dry, but the spices were good. For a snack, I ate sliced apple with almond butter.
I wonder if my low energy also comes from not going to bed early. I often go to bed at around midnight and wake up at 7:30am. I'll try to go to bed at 11:30pm tonight.
