*waves* Hi, I just noticed you've friended me! :) Nice to meet you! Out of curiousity, what did you find me through? (I'll take a guess and say Scrubs, but not sure...) Anyway, friending you back. I'm not really hardcore into Scrubs anymore, but still have fond memories... and we seem to have a few other things in common (like HP, and Harry/Snape). (and lol at the little Fushigi Yuugi chibis in your profile... now that's nostalgia for me! I was SO hardcore obsessed with that show when I was 14/15, heh. good times.)
Yay! I actually, by complete accident, found myself drowning in the Pundits fandom. xD About a week ago, I told a friend about my obsession with TDS and TCR, and she sent a delightful Jon/Stephen story, and it just went out of control from there. I've spent the last few days soaking all the Jon/Stephen and Keith/Anderson stories that I physically can. And I simply added you because of your wonderful stories!
Side Note: You like Scrubs, Snarry, and Fushigi Yuugi? Hello new best friend! But seriously, I love Fushigi Yuugi. I bought the whole anime in one go when I was about...17? And of course, because I'm an idiot, I spent the first three days of my Spring Break watching it straight through. And the next four days trying to stop crying!
Lol, didn't expect that answer (just cuz I didn't see anything about it in your journal), but yay pundits!! I got SO ridiculously obsessed with the fandom after the election (I blame it fully on Jon and Stephen's flirting that night...). It's a fun fandom, especially over at rahmbamamara (and fakenews_fanfic for the open threads, of course! not to mention all the fantastic fic). Gotta say I haven't found a fandom as happy and inviting and open (and relatively wank free, though I hear it was different in the past) as this one in... like, ever

HP was my first fandom, about 5 years ago. i went for snarry or snupin, but i read anything and everything. those were creative days in that fandom. i also like jd/cox. do i qualify? oh, and i think john oliver's the cutest thing ever. :D

xD Aw, I don't actually think he's that old. Just, most of the people I'm friends with on IJ and here tend to have Daniel Radcliffe, David Tennet, or someone equally as young-ish. I just thought it was funny to have, "The Black", on mine. Tee Hee!

i agree about moving on. i've burned my way through numerous fandoms by reading everything i could find very fast. nowadays, if i read a HP story, it's likely to be post-DH harry/draco, because a friend of mine on LJ writes that pairing.

you can share the icon with me, if you'd like. no need to credit, btw, as i'm a total amateur. when i make icons, i don't know how to balance and brighten colors, so they tend to look washed out. the thewlis one turned out ok, though.
p.s. i remember that snarry picture! i was in the fandom back when LJ was banninating HP writers and artists and comms, and that was one of the artworks that came in for lots of flak.
