I'm aware all of you know of impending trouble, as well as the danger that has been occurring to the residents of Tetha.

If you're a resident there, I strongly urge all of you to leave as soon as you can. DATS will offer you safe haven wherever you wish to go to, until this situation has been resolved

First we hear that we shouldn't all leave at once. And now we hear that we have to all run as soon as possible.

I'm sorry, sir, but I can't make a swift decision like this. Last time we left-- no, last time we were kicked out of our home, we didn't know when we'd be able to come back or anything like that. Last time it wasn't as drastic. I can't hide in DATS knowing that I may never be able to go back there.

I know staying here is a risk. And I'm not going to endanger anyone unnecessarily. But I do have people I'm responsible for, and...I have to think on this before acting.

You can't just take down the whole island, you have to think of the innocents both still on it and on the ground wherever it'd crash. Mass evacuation would have to be done anyway before that type of action could be taken.
That's just terrorism causing that much damage on purpose with no concern for anybody's safety and the only aim being to cripple the enemy.

That incident was horrible, how could you even think of making a similar one! In fact, how can you even say such things so calmly!
