Another week

It’s not so bad that the baby wakes up in the middle of the night.
Nor is it bad that he ends up in bed w/ us to go back to sleep.
The thing that really sucks is when He tosses and turns through out the night and ends up headbutting you 2 or 3 times between 3 am and 6 am.
This tends to leave me a little tired and cranky for a Monday morning.

Ah, ow, yeah and when he kicks out in his sleep he smacks you right in the spot! Yeah, I know, I remember my son doing this to me as well. He used to do what we called the "clock spin" and felt sorry for any future mates he may have someday. Great thing we love 'em...

I think all kids do the clock spin - I did. My sisters did as well.

Ed, you have to stop him from sleeping with you unless you want a three year old in your bed. I know, it happened to me and Dennis and we had NO sex life because there was always a threesome in the bed...in a bad way. lol. Get him to sleep on his own or you will regret it. I was the one who wanted Alex in our bed but in the end I was soooo wrong. She needed to be in her own bed.

It's not every night and It's not encouraged. (I can usually sleep thru his crying if he's po'd that he's stuck in his crib.)
I need your contact info.

something that leaves a lot to be desired. the fusing of skulls that is.

Kids get funny about being in bed with the parent.

as long as he is taught that its not an option that he can get all the time no matter what its alright to keep it going for certain times.

My sister and I used to do it on Saturday's every couple of weeks. It didn't get out of hand and we seemed to be ok with it while growing up. I've done the same with other little ones and they seem to have benefited from being able to do it on a semi regular basis. It creates a better connection with the kid
