I saw the first few episodes when it came out, but just couldn't get into how dark it was overall. I don't know how the later episodes ended up. Is it worth going back and giving it another chance?

Also, have you seen the "Freshmen" Graphic Novels? I know he didn't write them, but did at least play a part in some of the behind-the-scenes setup.
