The Hypocrite

I've always wondered about that. (By the way, you spelled "sail" rather than "sale".)

I mean, in elementary school, it didn't matter what you were, as long as you got along with the other kids and had friends, you were fine. And then, as I got into middle school, it suddenly changed. The popular kids were almost always Asian, and they even had a name for themselves, the "Asian Crew". It was so completely stupid, now that I think about it. But back in middle school, trying to get into that group was all that I could think about. I never made it into the group (and I'm glad too, because then I would have been screwed, because they weren't.. the nicest of people...), but now I'm thinking about this, taking a trip down memory lane, and I think "wouldn't that be racism?"

...

Let me sleep on this. I'll come back with a better reply tomorrow. @__@;;

Interesting. She's a beautiful girl, Korean American, American, whatever, I'm highly impressed with her raising the bar for female golfers.

Your embarassment was pleasing to read (I have to be frank). I've never minded being called Asian American, or Filipino American so it's intriguing to read about other Asians in America who do and what their reasons are for prefering one over the other.
