While I'm sure there was plenty wrong with me before (I'm sure most of you would agree), I really don't feel myself lately.

I feel.. helpless... like someone gave me a savage beating when my hands were tied.

It amazes me how so many people can say one thing and do another and live with themselves, and it amazes me even more how some people turn into
