i dont think this falls under a violation of privacy. i mean he let u take these pictures, right? he knew u were taking them so he had to assume they were going to be distributed in one way or another. as long as nothing in there could be considered extremely embarassing or overly personal, i'd say its fine.

of course if u want to get ur ethics 100% down because u feel guilty or whatever, u could just ask him.

and btw, for every1 who doesnt know, i'm will foss... i figured if im gonna post comments i might as well get an acct.

well... yes i would consider this embarassing but since its against rockmore not against yera, i would say go right ahead.

and anyways, u've posted the information now anyways, so posting the picture isnt a violation of privacy... you've made the information public.

also, i love the fact that this great and moving debate on the ethics and rights to privacy involved in the posting of pics on livejournal/webshots could take place. i hope everyone else has found it as enlightening as i have
