It's from episode 4x18 The Road Home. It's from the last scene in that episode.

I agree with what you said about the first one. It's definitely too bright and I think the cropping is all wrong.

Go ahead and friend me though I should warn you it's going to be pretty dead until I finish up my exams next week.

Any episode with Danny and Martin interaction is interesting in my opinion :) Somedays there is so little of it that I'll take it whenever I can get it.
