ok what I think disturbs me most about this is that I am a little bit squeamish and think that this thing should make me go *OMG* argh and make me run away covering my eyes, but this was kind of shocking for me, in that I really liked it and found it to be stunningly beautiful. Maybe because you can see that Jin considers himself to be the owner of Kame's heart now, and because it is his, he will treasure and ignore it at will, which makes me kind of mad, but somehow the image of him knowing what part to stroke or press where on the real actual organ (see I should be going Ewwww), but somehow that image makes me go awwww see they belong together. this should disturb me. *puzzled* Instead I find it highly romantic and am somehow supportive of Jin keeping the heart *boggle* *cuddles Kame* For he needs a cuddle if he has no heart. *glares at Jin* At least look after it properly. *slaps Jin on head*

Yeah, it usually makes me go ew too. That's why I skip all the bloody part and focus on the beautiful plots this allows me to write. It's not the same saying "I give you my heart" than actually giving the real object away. I really don't like erotic guro, but the concept allows good plots and different ways to take at cliche things.

I really liked the way you describet Akame's relationship and their behaviours with the aid of Kame's heart.
So their is just the hope that Jin would take good care of it, or it might stop beating...

I totally love you for this. Never been much of a fan of guro (gotta admit I never really paid attention to it being a style on its own), but this piece made me cringe and smile and then feel hollow again. On one side, I want to cuddle Kazuya, wanted to cuddle him when Jin came back and then slap Jin for being forgetful. Then everything was alright and I felt so happy they managed to grow and change and learn.

But Kame asking for his heart back and Jin not giving it. And neglecting it while he was away. It's so selfish and horrifying I need a serious overdose of fluff now. And it was so heartbreaking I'm definitely reading this later.
