There's a case pending before the Supreme Court now and the frum organizations are on the wrong side here.

Don’t open a Pandora box. You know how many foreign shochtim, teachers, community workers and mashgichim are brought into the US under the ministerial immigration programs? How many unlicensed teachers are employed under the claim that they are actually ministers? Well, if you report a chochet to the INS as a butcher, very hard to explain them why you cannot find one in the US and need to bring from Israel or Ukraine.

As I mention in the latest posting on my own blog, the frum organizations failure to stop New York's same-gender marriage legislation may, perhaps, be on account of the fact that they have lost the moral high ground in other matters.

Does it, then, surprise you that they are now on the "wrong" side of this case with their amicus brief?
