Some drawings o/
A little update, because I spent most of my time doing christmas cards, there aren't much color drawings. And it's a selection of what I have done in nude class :
It's very interesting when we have a 5 min pose. I do first a little thumbnail to get the pose, and then a bigger sketch in details.
Some value studies, and fail attempt to draw from memory, haha. I still adore wire lines X3
And then some sketches with the same trial with wire lines and trying to get some balance in the drawings, which is very hard to find haha.
It's a little bit weird, but it's the idea that lines should "flows" or something, it's interesting to study but the results are not very pretty haha.
I kind of get what I need to study more, subtilities in colors and values, also thinness in my strokes, a lot of things to get. And balancing everything, it looks simple like that, but in reality it's very hard to find it. Also I would like to do more cgs to do this, but I'm really not used to "paint" with it, so I'm trying to get used to gouache or acrylic first to get more familiar. But I think I'll do some studies with cg too, like scanning lines from my sketchbook and then paint it. It's still very hard to start from zero on the computer haha.

And then, some sketches for my little comic that I don't know if I will ever start haha :
Concepts and ideas for Italy, it's very fun to think about making objects and designing it !

Also, I finished Apollo Justice, and I like it more than the Phoenix Wright series haha. Maybe because we see what happens later to the characters and I do love them like that. I love Trucy also X3.
So yeah, I'm going to paint more those holidays, it's really what I need. Because painting with acrylic (or gouache) is very different from watercolor that mostly plays with transparent layers. "Actual painting" is more interesting for correcting. It's a whole different thing.
