so.. Sweeney Todd... i watched it much the same way that i watched Sin City (Neil i suspect you will be the only one to get this). But from what i did see i can say that Mrs Boham-Carter is very goth and i want her boots and her hair. Now back to Scottish fish farming.

try watching it with a dani clinging to your arm the whole way through! and yet, oddly i had a BIG old grin on my face the whole time, but then again i was familiar with the musical and had no idea the movie was a remake of the original musical, i just assumed it was a brand new musical version... used to love the song "my friends" when you sang to his razors, so nice to see in a cinematic version and sung by mr depp, most satisfactory.

and i haven't heard many kind words about the film here in st andrews so far.. ah well some people just don't like musicals... i liked it :)
