drink some Kava tea to relax before you meet...
(if you take it before driving, it's worse than driving drunk).
Otherwise, you can have it as part of you re-union snack after you meet up.
It's good that you'll have th ehouse to yourselves...
Prepare something that both of you would like, like a fave. movie or other activity, to sorta break the ice... and, also, show 'im the bathrooms and stuff in the early so he doesn't have to ask awkwardly later.
That's about it, I guess... my first time meeting someone from online wasn't this prepared, it was totally random, so just relax, be yourself, hug, relax, and trust that everything will be fun and interesting... and you'll be okay.
Take pictures! Not for us, but, it'll help you to reflect later... what you experience is mostly valuable if you remember it and it helps to have something that can't be easily distorted like human memory can.
