So, I don't know if I am going to get that cute little pup below, but I have applied for a couple others that I have fallen in love with as well. One particual organization I really hope to adopt from. AHAN.ORG. It rescues animals from Asia who are in danger and finds them homes in the states. Dogs are alot more work than cats and if you don't have a backyard for them to run around in, I don't recommend getting one in an apartment. I just don't think it's fair to the puppy. Plus the dog will be cooped up all day inside while you're at work, or in a kennel at a doggy day care. Personally I would wait until I had a yard and a bigger place. Plus the expenses are higher than a cat.

Sorry your company is moving and you have to find another job. Hopefully you will find something soon. Keep me in mind for 6/15 if I can get a ride up to SF with you. And as for tonight, I'm in to go, I'll just be tired for community service tomorrow.

I have considered all of these things love. But thanks for the info. :) The fact that I live in an apt is why I was looking for a small doggie. And I have a place for the pup to run around and play here in my apartments. But the one thing I am worried about is me not being home during the day. I don't think that's fair to the pup . Guess we will see what happens. :)

Don't go through the adoption agencies. I think they're just overly critical. Just look on craigslist, that's where Chi and I found this little guy:
