The water's still rising, isn't it? I don't think there's much more we can store with what we have, so now all we can do is hope it goes away on its own. Miss Sumeragi? I think we'd have enough water to fill an actual pool now. Want me to get my dog to start digging ( Read more... )

Well he's related to you, isn't he?

Doesn't that explain it? He's my brother so I'm blaming him. And anyway, the actual reason's because I named the dog after him and they're becoming more and more alike. So if he does something stupid, it's my brother's fault. Easy, right?

I hope my dog can swim.

Most dogs instinctively know how to do it... Some just aren't really successful in what they're doing.

You should keep him up on the roof or something. We wouldn't want a dog to drown.

Well, I'm keeping an eye on him. He doesn't usually run off by himself unless he's trying to steal someone's clothes.

If he drowns won't he just come back?

Reply

only78percent March 21 2009, 15:37:47 UTC
Will he? I don't know how it works for animals here. If we kill monsters, do they come back? And either way, I don't want to see my puppy drowning, even if he will come back.

They must come back somehow. I kill about seven or eight of these monsters an hour depending on what they are. If anyone else does it close to that, they'd be slaughtered in days.

That's right, huh... Well, I'm still not about to watch my dog drowning just to find out if he comes back. We can try that with someone else's dog.
