That makes me think about how we 'sue' strangers but not friends. I mean, if the stanger acts like a huge asshole about it, then yes. I suppose I've heard of a lot of people who don't sue someone because the person was just so damn nice. I guess it also depends how f'ed up you are in terms of medical costs etc.
