plus she wont, Ron is too valuble of a character story telling wise, without him Hermione and Harry cant function as well, if he does die she wont let him go till the end, she needs him.
No seriously!! She'd do that. I think it's going to be Ron because all the readers are so emotionally attached to him and she's going to kill him off because she's proving that just because you're best friends with harry, doesn't mean that that's going to save you. I think she's showing that people that we love and are close to do die.
