I've just written my first fic (and first anything, really) since last March! Oh my gosh! Big thanks to hpgw_drabbles for inspiring me with this month's prompt: Platform 9 and 3/4Title: September 1, 2023

Hilarious! I could completely picture the chaos (and I don't have kids. ;) ) I loved Harry's giving James the map, and Al's cat asleep in Lily's trunk, and Harry's being silly about boys. LOL Also LOL at the last exchange between Harry and Ginny. Great job! :D
It's strange that Ginny would be the one to suggest having another baby... Argh, nine months and seventeen years of alternating backbreaking and adoration? :/ Was she sarcastic?
It works this way, too, I suppose. The characterization of them as a couple really isn't discussed at length in the books because even though Harry is the protagonist, his is not the main romance.
“Lily dear, please don’t push your father. He’s very silly about boys.”
Harry is sexist? I would have never guessed... Or maybe he's overprotective because Lily's the youngest- still, the way this was put makes it imply the former...
Very nicely done. The balance of the two scenes was perfect.
Yes, I did mean for Ginny to make the fourth child comment sarcastically, but also with the smallest bit of honesty as she did just watch her first baby go off for their last year at Hogwarts and was probably reminiscing and remembering him as a baby.
I meant Ginny's comment about Harry being silly about boys to just refer to his feelings about boys and his daughter. I don't think Harry is sexist.
Well, yes, I didn't copy and paste the logic of Lily when she states that James started dating in the same year that she's dating her boyfriend; it's implied that Harry didn't react as much to James as he is to Lily.
But this is implied by Lily, a biased source, so I'm sure Harry freaked out for every single one of his dear babies when they starting gettin hormonal.
