Why thank you, I'm glad to have entertained you. I hope it wasn't overly confusing or disjointed to follow - I find it's an unfortunate side effect of having one 'narrative' spread out over several separate accounts.

I read your fics, and I'm intrigued by The Choices of Raoul de Chagny. Looking forward to seeing how it goes!

I can't believe you actually read my comment

After many edits, I can't find a form of words to express my pleasure and amazement at receiving a reply that doesn't sound totally incoherent and obsessive... but I seriously thought that all I'd succeeded in doing was leaving a screened-out tribute on a long-dead account. So, discovering that the message actually got through and to someone whose work I admire is a bit like... well, receiving a letter from the Queen :-)

I actually arrived via the Elewiki page, so managed to follow most of it through the helpfully detailed timeline: the only major confusion came from somehow jumping ahead at an early stage to a section involving a mysteriously black-eyed Raoul who flees from a newly-arrived Christine. Knowing nothing about the significance of the black eyes or the reason for Raoul's behaviour (which didn't become evident until much later, when I worked out that there had in fact been two Christines, and what had become of the first one -- a bit of a shock), I was every bit as puzzled and

The account happens to be attached to an email I still use. It's a pleasant change to get a real comment instead of spam comments and birthday notifications :)

It's nice to know my obsessive documenting did someone other than myself some good. Yes, two Christines... Oh roleplay, you get so strange so quickly.

Of course not, I just couldn't help going "omg someone liked my roleplay HELLO FRIEND WHO ARE YOU :D" and one thing led to another. Ha, I'm not sure there is such thing as a happy ending in Phantom if you're staying true to canon, so anything even remotely sweet will be more than enough.
