You know, that's the thing that struck me the most when covering illness and healing at church--that when you (or someone you love) is sick, you feel alone, forsaken.

I'm calling my mom in about 45 minutes to see what she knows. I don't know if she was taking today off from work or not, so I'm trying to keep that in mind before I call, as I know he's not going to tell me half what the doctors say.
