i would much rather a girl feel confident about herself, than insecure. nothing is more annoying than an insecure girl who always feels "ugly" esp. when they aren't.

There truly are not enough secure women in the world, we need more that feel beautiful and know so.

oh for sure. i hate for people to feel insecure. dont get me wrong at all! that is the worst.

but i also think there is a difference between being satisfied with yourself,not ashamed, being comfortable with yourself AND then being totally vain. the vain part is not necessary.

i want more people to be confident and comfortable with themselves. but the thing is, and this is worse, i believe people who say things like that they are so beautiful seriously are actually insecure. they need to be told that they are goodlooking. becsuse they dont believe it on their own.

idk, i have no problem with pretty people. and i admire their confidence. i am working on mine, and ive been a lot better in the past few years. but something digs inside of me when people say shit like that. theres just other ways to say it. and people who are comfortable and confident with themseleves dont need to say it.

I think the ones that annoy me more are the ones that fish for compliments, like posting a picture online and then being like "ew i'm so ugly".
