You wouldn't know I'd been doing this 72 days. It's unbelievable the amount of weight I gained in two weeks of skiving off. This morning before my run, I weighed myself and felt like stabbing myself in the eye. It was 141. My last logged weigh in? 133. I think. Ye gods! Day 68
Well, I'm back from Poland and London and so forth. It was incredible. Seriously amazing. I had the best time ever and, gosh, yes. Poland. Yes. I had the best time ever drinking severely inexpensive piwo (beer) a large amount. And eating out every day. Hmm. I've had two weeks off-plan and, to be honest, I feel pretty disgusted with myself. Hey y'all. Hehe, I said y'all. Anyway, I don't have time to post comments on your updates, so sorry, but I just wanted to say bye bye as I'm jetting off in the morning.
Yesterday was AWFUL eating wise, but today I ran and it was nice and ate fine and yada yada.

This morning's run was pathetic. I didn't want to go in the first place, but I made myself. Laziness is a bad excuse and I would regret it. So off I went, walked a couple minutes to my starting point for a quick warm up, and run run run.
