Books have sequels. Movies have sequels. Video games have sequels.
How come songs don't have sequels? Now, if you don't include remix's, reprises, or alternate versions, I can't really think of any. Except, that is, David Bowie's Space Oddity which has two sequels; one by Peter Schilling (Major Tom) and another by Bowie (Ashes to Ashes).

Suicidal Tendencies, The Damned, Slipknot and.. ummm.. ok. thas all I can think of right now. I can't think of the songs, but I know they did sequals. I remember seeing the "parts 1 & 2" on the album sleeves. Oo! And, didn't Guns and Roses do some?

Oh, and I just thought of a random one. DMX had a song called "Damien" and did a "Damien part 2" or something on the next album.

Also, classical music and opera frequently does the sequel thing. There's others, I'll think of them and kick myself later for not including them.
