Hello. i backed up the entire first season fine using shrink and AnyDVD. you might want to check the original and make sure it is clean and scratch free. also make sure your not using bad media.

Hello. As usual, you guys have come through with great information. PacMan777 you really have given me confidence with all the great guides. I will sort it out and let you all know if I have further problems. Sorry if I offended you by using the generic Geek term. You’re right, it used to be derogatory but I was under the impression that had changed. Anyway, I was using it with the greatest of respect.binkie7, that does sound like an easy procedure, I shall update my firmware soon. Again, thanks to all.Don
