2005 Smoking Loon Cabernet Sauvignon, $8

I have to admit, it's realllly hard to find vegetarian food that can stand up to cabernet sauvignon. I paired it with some Emmertal cheese and Brie left in my fridge, as those are the only things I could find that even remotely went with it. Classic pairs are venison or braised lamb.
