This is probably more relevant for her actual opinion on Gin instead of just the malicious unknown murderer of her workers across the network.

From what she's seen of him (and what she's pulled from the files her agents are able to access, because you just know his commenting on that accidentally borked transmission she did would have pinged her), I'm afraid Uni doesn't have a very high opinion of him. It's not because he comes across as terribly inconsistent, though Uni -- with the standards she herself holds -- wouldn't think very highly of that. It's because, from what she can see, he's the sort of person who delights in playing with people's preconceptions simply for the sake of breaking brains, and the few shreds of idealism she still has are all in opposition to that ( ... )

As for Zack's part, if they ever meet up, Zack will adore Uni. And buy her random flowers and presents (or as much as he is able to with his limited funds) simply because he thinks a pretty girl like Uni should smile more.

I think the way Uni would view him would depend very much on the manner of their first meeting. Some constants, though: she would definitely find him of interest, because hey, flower perfumes and someone who cares about the manner of his dress (as opposed to... the majority of the Fiertia crew, I think). And-- and-- flower perfumes, oh man, if ever he and Uni started to correspond in flower language it would be terrible and hilarious and awesome all at the same time.
And there might be a bit of amusement there, too, because his nonchalant charm and/or vanity (sorry, Byakuran-sama, but you are terribly vain) would remind Uni very much of Byakuran. This might be because she sees Byakuran everywhere; then again, it might also be because Howl is who he is. So he's without a doubt someone she would make it a point to keep an eye on, not because she's been ordered to do so or because she thinks it might benefit Byakuran, but out of her own sense of curiosity. Souji's one of the few people (possibly the only one, now that I think about it) aboard the Fiertia with whom Uni has managed to reach an understanding. It has nothing to do with whether she knows his past or whether he knows her past, and everything to do with a shared comfort in silence. Uni appreciates how well he exemplifies the "less is more" philosophy, and in a place where she sometimes can't help feeling lost or abandoned or adrift in a sea of madmen (because she does view much of the crew of the Fiertia with the sort of helpless, aghast wonder other people reserve for lunatics or the insanely brave) she draws a lot of strength from his quiet calm.
Uni's still not very comfortable communicating with many of the Fiertia's crew -- possibly because she's overly conscious of what she's saying and doesn't want to make a single mistake -- but Souji's one of the exceptions. I think she sees him as one who doesn't judge at all, and after having spent years attempting to conform to everyone's ( ... )

I always got the feeling that... both of them are just enough off kilter from "normal" to be lonely... And can recognize that in each other. IDEK XD
Maaaaan, this is making me want to do that P4/Souji essay I've been meaning to do forever...

Aaaand exactly. *_* Uni doesn't think of herself as lonely (she has Byakuran-sama), but she really is.
