Just a few random things...

1. Since Thursday, Katy, Lindsay, and I have watched 20 episodes (or five discs) of The O.C. It's been great fun, of course, though a bit sad in retrospect. We HAD to catch Lindsay up though, since the new season starts on Thursday. (She's obsessed now, which totally wasn't the point. But it's funny.) I love ( Read more... )

I knew we bought the tree...
BUTTTTTTT
I was told we were not going to use it until later years,
when the two of us are BOTH out of the house.
This is a shock to me,
and now I have some negotiating to do tomorrow.
HMPH!

You could have washed down your cat teriyaki with a big cup of teriyaki sauce--thanks to Lindsay. All of our OC watching might make us look like dorks, but I mean we watched it with friends (Margarita, Chaz, C.O.) come on, haha. "Californiiiiiiiaaaaa, here we coooooome!" (at 5:30ish anyway).

Man, we are so awesome! Seriously, you guys have turned me into a monster. I was taking my test today, and all I could think about was how much I wanted Ryan and Marissa to get back together and what exactly I would do to Oliver if I were to run into him on the streets... ok, I have to find something to do until you guys get home and we can watch more! You guys didn't know what you were getting into with this whore-mill slut and her best friend Chaz! lol.

On the QMeth note, the calculator is not hard to use (I assume you mean the one the prof wanted us to buy) but I decided its a piece of crap. With a graphing calculator, you can do mean, standard deviation, etc with the List function, and you can actually see what you have put in the calculator while as with the HP101 one, you only see how many figures you have put in. And with a graphing calculator it does the histograms, box plots, etc for you!

HOWWWWW?!

I don't understand the HP calculator at all, but with my graphing calculator (TI-86), I only know minimal things. Are you ready for this test?

Hm...I got a TI-83. But heres how you do things on mine, might be the same as on yours.

Listing your numbers
STAT -> EDIT -> Edit-> plug in all your numbers

Mean, Median, std Dev, etc
2nd -> STAT (list) -> MATH -> Either mean, median, stdDev, etc -> 2nd -> 1 (L1)-> Enter

Histograms and Box Plots
2nd -> Y= (Stat Plot)-> Plot 1 (or anyone you want)-> ON, and the little pic that looks like a histogram or box plot, and Xlist :L1 (or whatever you named your list)-> and GRAPH

and if you wanna see the values of the edges of Box plot or histograms -> TRACE-> Arrows

Or to see graph better ZOOM-> ZoomFit or ZoomStat (Choice 9 or 10 on mine)

Hope that helps!

Eh I'm kinda ready for the test, I'll be more ready when I make a note sheet of all the important stuff.
