I've lived alone for a few months, for the better part of 10 months. I work overnights. I don't get the opportunity to interact with people too much. That can pose as a problem sometimes, so I made the decision that when my lease was up to move back in with my dad and stepmom to keep from getting depressed

I wish I had something of use to say that could help, but I do have hugs and love. I know what it's like to have a parent like that and it's hurtful and horrible and I'm sorry that you're going through it. :(

I'm used to it. He's the only parent I have really and we've struggled with this since my mom got sick. She was like the peacemaker and now I've been very tolerant of him about 90% of the time.

He nitpicks when I say sure. lol
