I am not going to be writing anymore. I am fulfilling my fandomaid requests and calling it a day. Why? You ask. Because as I writer, I get jealous. I get jealous that no one reads my fic, that no one enjoys my fic, that no one comments on my fic. It plays on my self worth and, to be honest, right now I have none. I am quitting at everything

I'm sorry to read this. I really really really enjoyed the fandomaid fic you did for me. And yeah I suck suck suck for not coming back and squeeing in depth. Please do know that you have one major fan that looooooooves your fic and am super embarrassed to admit that I reread it regularly (including earlier today during my first real day off although not guilt-free as I have soooo much work to do). I suck at fandom right now thanks to working 80 hour weeks (i was screwed over by a colleague and left to handle a major product launch jan 3rd by myself down two people out of three).

Understood! The holidays are tough... And if writing fanfiction right now is hurting your mental health then you should definitely put that first.

Suits fandom (especially the het Donna/Harvey side) is super quiet right now so it may be more about folks just not thinking about Suits versus your fic in particular. Add in the weird "lets hide all M rated default view" fanfiction.net added this fall.... And do you post on archive of our own?

I was really enjoying the Donna/Harvey rewatches until I realized a) I was the only one posting and b) the mods kept skipping the posts. Sigh..... It's really hard to put yourself out there (whether it be opinions or fic or meta) and feel like no one cares enough to respond. After the 3rd time you start feeling like a mug!

Yeah, I know. It's kind of hard for me because I generally work from home on Thursdays and end up rewatching all of season 1. I've probably seen season 1 about 6 or 7 times.
