I am moving back to Magnolia as soon as I find a job there. I gave my two weeks notice here almost a week ago. I have a lead on a job in Magnolia at a counseling center. Their case workers start at $24 an hour. And I may not have to go to school in the fall. I thought I was going to have to get a minor in History or English to be able to teach ( Read more... )

I guess it's true what they say, that Magnolia is a land of entrapment. I just spent a week there and got back yesterday, but honestly didn't want to leave.

There is still nothing to do in the town, but for myself, it seems there is a gravity force that draws me back. I haven't made any decisions on what I am going to do, but I get a few job offers while I was there.

It's hard to admit, but I Love magnolia myself. If I had a way, I would have never left. All of us know that God does things for a reason, and I can honestly say it was best for me to leave because I have learned things I never would have if I had stayed there.
