And Bells just got a new Mexican restaurant. This makes me very very happy.

I passed my athletic training certification exam! That means I am a certified athletic trainer. India Hickman, ATC. But now I'm going to school for radiography.

It's never a good idea to babysit 5 kids all under the age of 6 AT THE SAME TIME. Holy moly. To top it off, 4 out of 5 were boys. Girls are so much easier. Although, the youngest, the girl, smeared the jelly side of her pb & j sandwich on her belly. I called her Jelly Belly the remainder of the night. I made a funny.

I got into the radiology tech program!!!! AUGH!!!!!

No news yet on the radiology program. I took my athletic training certification exam yesterday in Nashville. Dad's home, up, and walking around. My birthday is soon!

After getting to the hospital at 6am, my Dad had to wait until 8pm for surgery to begin. It was originally scheduled for 1pm. That's a hospital for ya. But he's in a room now sleeping soundly.

So, I guess I'm pretty much using this blog thing as a prayer request launching pad...My Dad is going under the knife June 27th @ 1pm. It's his back. We all know the horror stories about back surgeries. Please pray for a quick recovery and no complications ( Read more... )
