SO far I've done the 2-mile WATP two days in a row. I've given up on getting up early, so I did it last night after dinner. I'll do WATP after dinner tonight as well. Want to make it 3 days in a row of walking at least 2 miles a day. The boy did part of the WATP tape with me last night. it's def better to exercise at a scehdule that feels right to you as opposed to forcing yourself to follow another, it's alot harder to make excuses, and you'll look forward to the routein.

Good job with WATP! What exactly does WATP mean? I know you've written it before and I thought it was the "walk off the pounds" thing but I just realized that that would be WOTP LOL, so what is WATP?

it's nice that you have a little "workout buddy". it's always fun to do activities with other people...and it definitely makes the time go by faster.
