I missed my walk yesterday, but I did spend 20 minutes mowing the grass with a gas push mower. Turns out I burned more calories from mowing than from just walking for 20 minutes. I guess pushing burned the extra calories

I find for myself to make sure i get my protien and fiber they will help get you full and keep you full for a while longer then carbs....
I for my self still eat carbs i am just carful of what i eat and how much.. just a though you can do it the beigging is always the hardest especially to change the mind set . i know for myself if i don't see my whole plate full of food i think i am not eating so i went to a sandwich plate lol silly but it works for me . be good to your self
