Beginning stats for the summer challenge.
HW: 370
SW: 354
GW: 329





I'm doing the healthy lifestyle thing---not a particular diet. My goal for this challenge is to establish a regular exercise routine and add in strength training. Exercise is hard for me, so it's important that I get this established right away and stick to it. I know that the weight will melt off if I exercise regularly.

I'm shooting for 25 pounds because I'm not too sure what my body is capable of just yet. After this challenge, I will be more ambitious. Right now I want to focus on establishing healthy habits. Once those are in place, then I'll really push myself.

Starting picture. (I'm taking pictures today, but they are on actual film, so this one will have to do until I can get the pics developed.)
