I've don't have a phone or internet at home until the 15th because of a mix up when I switched to Vonage. Joy. So I can't log my food on Spark People except during the week. But I did well over the weekend. So, my postings and comments may be sporadic this week

Great job on the workout. Crunches are your friend...even if they do kick your ass! Squats are also good. Feel the burn!
