After work today I went to Guitar Center. Who would have thought that "getting back to me ASAP" meant one and a half weeks? They completely lied to me about contacting Marshall. At this point I don't even care about getting the new parts. Even if/when I get the stuff from GC I am going to Home Depot and buying some heavy duty casters with roll locks on them and bolting those into the cab, and then I'll sell the new ones from GC on eBay. I'm putting up with all this trouble because I've been wronged, and its more principle than anything else and I'm calling their bluff.
