WHAT: Jushirou's been missing Hiyori and asked if he could visit, naturally Hiyori said yes.
WHERE: Hiyori's tiny apartment

Hiyori had been scarce for nearly the past month. She'd been avoid anything and anyone that could possibly remind her of how much she hurt. Even though nearly a month had passed and the tears had long since dried up the small detective still felt a pain in her chest. One she could never recall ever having felt before. It hurt more than all the deep cuts she had ever received, more than the broken bones, more than any of the greatest pains she had felt before in her life.
She didn't want to see Jushirou, she didn't want to get any closer to him or anyone else. Hiyori didn't fear many things in the world, and losing someone had never been one of those few fears but now she did. She never wanted to feel the way she'd been feeling again and getting close to people meant one day she would feel that pain again.
And yet, she couldn't help herself. It was hard for her to say no to him and she knew he was probably worried about her...like he always was and it wasn't right to him.
So now she sat in her small apartment waiting for her fellow detective to arrive. She was trying her best to ignore the pain and think of something else. Maybe seeing him, being around him, she would feel better. After all she had missed his presence, his scent, his kind smile...no...Hiyori wasn't like other girls she didn't have those kind of thoughts! She shook her head and forced herself to not think about any of that.
Maybe this was a mistake.
