The Malfoy party proved far more entertaining than even Sibyll could have predicted.
Events are always improved with the gratuitous consumption of alcohol, and I should commend Narcissa on her excellent provisions in this aspect of the evening.
However, I really must berate her for the shoddy quality of her cages. (On a related note, I shall drop in on Sylvia in a bit, my inner eye is quite clear and I see she is in need of similar provisions. Severus is likely to have her on gruel.)
I unfortunately missed out on quite a bit of the scuffling and somesuch-- I was seeing a lady about her frugivorous subtropical flying mammal.
