replace the + with a < and a > and that will post the picture up for you... if that's what you were asking. as for making it into an icon, that's uber easy

haha how do i get them into icons? cuz i right click, and then select save picture as...and it says i can only save it as a bmp or art file..and lj only lets me use jpeg, gif, and something else...haha i know how to change it the right size..i just don't know how to get them to be the right file haha thanks so much!
