Last book I read was Platform, by Michel Houellebecq (translated from French). A look at sex tourism in Asia. The narrator has sex a lot. It has some interesting things to say, but mostly, it made me uncomfortable (and my boyfriend laugh).

I'd recommend Jeffrey Eugenides' Middlesex, only Oprah did that just a few months ago. >:(
