I thought Mark, Chris and the rest of their new act were just going to remain mysterious and out of reach even though they've started doing shows, but once again I underestimated the Melbourne street press. It seems like Jet still can't so much as look at a recording studio without Sticky Carpet noticing:

Yay! Can't wait to hear what they come up with. But why must they insist on doing this in the US where we can't see it?? Not cool guys.

My theory is that they're just recording the demo in LA and decided to do some shows while they were there, for practice. So that they'll be up to scratch when they come here to do the proper shows! I'm so excited.

I'm also hoping that either Damn Dogs or Nic will be at the Dallas Crane reunion show here on April 10. It's a one off, it runs from 3 to 11 and they haven't announced any support acts yet...
